“Amazing staff that really understand and listen. Really helpful, they work at your pace, not theirs. Very kind and accommodating,  I always feel better afterwards. The staff have helped me keep on the straight and narrow”

“I have found the service very helpful, it has given me the ability to take back self-control and has had a positive influence on the decisions that I make.”

“These are people who understand the seemingly crazy thoughts and voices going through your head relating to food and body image. They have heard it all before and they ‘get it’. If you need specialised, different types of help, they can do that too.”

“Eating Matters is a safe house for me. A place where my independence is encouraged and my privacy respected. Whilst the staff are always available to help and listen, they are also discreet and non-judgemental.”

“I found Eating Matters online and they were immediately able to meet me and guide me on how to encourage my teenager to attend meetings with a counsellor who was carefully matched to work with her. She is now at university!”
